Description

7.Contract description:The service contract is the complementary measure to the sector reform contract (budget support) under the 11th EDF programme of the European Union support to decentralisation in Ghana, phase II. Through this service contract, a technical assistance team will support the Government of Ghana to achieve the expected results of the programme.
8.Indicative budget:4 600 000 EUR.
9.Intended timing of publication of the contract notice:September 2017.
10.Additional information:Suspensive clause subject to the signature of the financing agreement applies.
11.Legal basis:Annex IV to the Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23.6.2000 as amended in Luxembourg on 25.6.2005 and in Ouagadougou on 22.6.2010. Reference is made to Annex IV as revised by Decision No 1/2014 of the ACP–EU Council of Ministers of 20.6.2014.
